Monday :
Breakfast: a cup of fruit or vegetable juice , boiled egg , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar .
Lunch: grilled steak , salad consists of a grain of tomatoes, cucumbers and dill and ½ tablespoon of olive oil , a cup of yogurt and spices according to taste and try that  Madam Eve of salt.
Snack: 1 cup of skim milk without sugar , and a bead of grapefruit .
Dinner : 120 g of low-fat cheese , spinach salad with half a teaspoon of olive oil or flax oil and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar .
Tuesday :
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice 0.1 boiled egg , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 200 grams of grilled fish , salad of lettuce , celery , cucumber with half a teaspoon of olive oil or flax oil and lemon or apple cider vinegar .
Snack: 1 apple or a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Dinner : Vegetables, fresh or steamed with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 slices of pineapple .
Wednesday :
Breakfast: 1 cup of skim milk with cereal or  a tablespoon of honey
Lunch: two eggs  , many tomatoes with a spoon of olive oil and apple cider vinegar or spices or flax oil of your choice , and spinach salad
Snack: 1 apple or a cup of coffee or tea without sugar .
Dinner : Fresh or cooked vegetables steamed , with a glass of milk or lemon and olive oil or linseed oil with apple cider vinegar , and 200 g steamed fish stew and a piece of bread , 2 slices of pineapple .
Thursday :
Breakfast: a glass of orange juice , coffee or tea without sugar .
Lunch: 150 g of grilled chicken and a bead of zucchini steamed or boiled with a teaspoon of olive oil .
Snack: a glass of skimmed milk without sugar + apple
Dinner : 150 grams of beef with herbs , steamed pumpkin , and power mixed
Friday :
Breakfast: a piece of low-fat cottage cheese with fresh fruit , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar .
Lunch: 50 g of pasta , pepper, salt and spices with spinach salad .
Snack: 2 slices pineapple , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar .
Dinner : vegetable soup 0.70 g Dutch or Swiss cheese .
Saturday :
Breakfast: 2 slices of fresh pineapple , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar .
Lunch: Msellouktin two eggs , cooked and steamed asparagus or other vegetables with a teaspoon of olive oil .
Snack: 1 grain of fruits ( of your choice ) , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar .
Dinner : 1 piece of chicken with soy sauce and steamed vegetables with a teaspoon of olive oil
Sunday :
Breakfast: 1 piece of cheese with fruit and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 egg 0.50 g cheese steamed with a teaspoon of olive oil ,
Snack: 2 slices of pineapple or a salad of fresh fruit , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Dinner : 50 g of pasta with pumpkin steamed or soy sauce
